Upsoma ambassadors share a referral code, or a signup link carrying it, that gives free Upsoma Pro for one, two or three months. Following the link keeps the code while you sign up, by email or with Google, and applies it as soon as you are in; if you are already signed in, Upsoma asks first. You can also type a code under "Have a referral code?" in Billing settings. A code used during the launch offer starts when the offer ends, so you get the full months. Billing and the plan card show how long your free Pro runs, and an email reminds you three days before it ends. After that you move to Upsoma Starter, and subscribing to Pro has no further free trial. Each account can use one referral code.
For the owner, a new Referrals area in the admin console makes any existing account an ambassador for a place, creates their code with a suggested name, and shows everyone who used it, marked as a new or existing learner. Codes can be paused, capped, given a last day or moved to another ambassador, and one learner's free Pro can be extended or ended early.
