A new Learner behaviour area in the admin console, for the owner of Upsoma only, shows one week of learner behaviour at a time, built from records Upsoma already keeps. It covers six headline numbers with their change from the week before, where learners spend their time on screen, what works (the sign-up funnel, chapter completion, practice answers, pre-check scores, difficulty ratings and returning learners), the goals learners gave and the catalogue roles and skills they matched, every kind of failed attempt including server errors, and how many learners used each feature.
The page opens on this week so far, marked as not finished. Each Monday at 06:00 UTC Upsoma saves the finished week, with goal themes written from that week's goals and checked so they never name a learner, and emails the owner the headline numbers with a link to the full report. Every saved week stays available from the week picker.
