Upsoma tightened its public, protected, admin, changelog, and generation wait states so the MVP is easier to evaluate end to end and learners see useful recovery or progress instead of blank or clipped layouts.
The latest UI readiness pass focused on the places where the platform could look stalled, clipped, or less recoverable than the underlying product actually is.
- Protected app routes now fall back to a sign-in recovery screen if the session check stalls instead of leaving learners in an indefinite workspace loading state.
- Public headers keep visitor actions visible while authentication is resolving, and the homepage composer uses a complete stable prompt so the first viewport reads as ready.
- Admin access checks now use the same focused gate pattern as the locked state before the console shell appears.
- The changelog mobile index now stacks into readable capability groups instead of clipping horizontally.
- A development-only generation-state preview renders content, diagnostic, assessment, and quality-gate fallback states so the staged learner wait can be inspected without depending on live background-job timing.
