The admin console now has an Emails area for the owner of Upsoma.
Templates lists all ten kinds of email learners receive. Each one's wording is edited in plain fields, with a preview that updates as you type, a test email to your own address, and a history you can restore from. Links, expiry sentences and unsubscribe links stay locked, so an edit can never break them.
Outbox shows every email waiting to be sent, soonest first. Opening one shows exactly what that learner will receive, with sample links in place of real ones, and a content email can be cancelled.
Every email now uses the Upsoma look: a white card on a soft grey ground, the green Upsoma wordmark and the same green buttons as the app, and the preview shows exactly that.
Campaigns sends product news from the page: it shows the wording that will go out and how many learners it reaches, and sends only when you confirm that number.
