Skill matching and canonical skill storage now have a shared home. Future path generation can identify proposed skills without treating them as skills a learner already possesses. Onboarding continues to apply its own evidence rules while using the same matching logic and stored skill identities.
This completes the shared skill identity foundation for personalised learning paths. Path generation and its learner screens remain under development.
