Every part of a chapter now appears or says why, and sources open beside it

A lesson, practice or figure that could not be made now says so with Regenerate instead of waiting forever, practice is ready sooner, sources open in a reader beside the chapter, and unfinished paths have their own Draft tab.

Version v0.1.112

When part of a chapter can't be made, it now says so instead of waiting on a screen that never changes. A lesson, walkthrough, diagram, flashcards, quiz, recommended projects or interview questions that failed to generate shows "couldn't be made" with Regenerate, which tries again for just that part. When you have reached today's generation limit, it tells you and asks you to try again tomorrow.

Practice is ready sooner. It starts as soon as a chapter's lesson is ready, and while it is being written the Practice tab shows its progress in words. If one kind of practice can't be made, the other still runs.

A figure in a lesson that didn't generate, or can't be drawn, can now be regenerated on its own. The rest of the chapter stays as it is, and you keep your place.

A chapter's sources now open in a reader beside the chapter, with "Open in a new tab" always there for sites that can't be shown inside Upsoma. PDFs open in a new tab.

Paths you started building but haven't saved now live on their own Draft tab on your paths page, with a link to them from the Active tab.
