Extra learning capacity used to be a monthly subscription: it renewed until you cancelled it, and whatever you had not used disappeared at the end of the calendar month. It is now a top-up. You pay once, there is nothing to cancel, and the paths and AI credits stay on your account until you spend them, however many months that takes.
- Buy capacity at any time, as many times as you want. You do not have to wait until
you have run out, and you do not have to wait for a new month.
- A top-up works during Free Pro too. If the promotion's six paths are not enough,
you can add more without starting a subscription.
- Your balance is shown separately from your plan's monthly allowance, because the
two behave differently: the allowance resets, the balance does not. Billing spends your plan allowance first and only then draws on what you have bought, oldest purchase first.
- Capacity a Teams billing owner buys for a learner stays with that learner, even if
the seat is later removed.
- A full refund returns only what the top-up has not already paid for. Capacity you
have already spent is never taken back.
