Platform activity has a third tab, Observability, on the same range switch as Metrics and Composer. It shows how often AI generation fails and how often Upsoma starts a second try. It shows how long learning paths, chapters, pre-check quizzes and Ask Upsoma answers take to generate. It also shows how busy the server is and how often it answers with an error, and how outside services such as OpenAI, Stripe and Amazon SES are behaving. Every figure is real: Upsoma now records each call to an outside service and how long each Ask Upsoma answer takes, and keeps request and call records for 13 months.
