What you will do
Product Experience
- Design end-to-end learner flows across onboarding, readiness review, pathway consumption, dashboards, and community pathways.
- Turn rough product ideas into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI direction.
- Improve the moments where learners need confidence: choosing a goal, reviewing readiness, starting a chapter, and tracking progress.
Visual System
- Strengthen Upsoma's design system across typography, spacing, color, component states, and responsive layouts.
- Create reusable patterns for snippets, cards, navigation, dashboards, forms, and educational content surfaces.
- Keep the product visually consistent across homepage, blog, learning, enterprise, pricing, and careers pages.
Product Quality
- Partner with engineering to review implementation details and close visual gaps.
- Build a habit of design QA across desktop and mobile.
- Use product analytics, learner feedback, and usability observations to decide what to simplify next.
Strong signals
- Strong portfolio with shipped web or SaaS product work
- Tasteful UI craft and disciplined typography
- Ability to simplify dense workflows
- Comfort designing with real product constraints
- Interest in learning systems, education, workforce development, or AI-assisted tools
