Writing a long "About you" in your profile details and pressing Save failed with "Failed to save profile" and nothing else. The field let you type 500 characters, but the server keeps bios to two paragraphs of 250 characters each, so a single long paragraph was something the form invited you to write and the server would not accept.
- The field now holds the same rule the server does, and tells you which part to
shorten before you press Save.
- When the server does refuse something, the message now says what it refused
rather than failing silently.
