Outcomes: did your path lead anywhere?

Upsoma now asks the question the whole platform exists to answer: after your path, what happened in the real world? A one-question survey at completion, gentle 30/60/90-day follow-ups, and every answer tied to the exact path that produced it.

Learning platforms measure lessons; Upsoma now measures what came after them.

  • When you complete a path, the readiness summary asks one question: did this lead anywhere - a job offer, a new role, a shipped project, skills applied at work, or nothing yet? "Nothing yet" is a real answer, not a failure.
  • If nothing concrete has happened at completion, we check back in - once at 30, 60, and 90 days - with a one-click email that stops the moment you report a win or unsubscribe.
  • You can revise any answer later: "nothing yet" at completion can become "job offer" at day 90, and each touchpoint keeps its own record.
  • Every outcome is stored against the exact path version you completed - including whether your path was adaptive or in the frozen control group - so real-world results, not just quiz scores, now feed the evidence that adaptation works.
  • Your outcome answers are treated as career data: saved through your account (never the anonymous telemetry channel), included in your data export, and erased with your account.
