Pay for more capacity where you are stopped

A shared capacity offer now opens when a learner is stopped by their plan. It names the capacity that ran out and when it resets, shows the current plan, and offers the purchase that fits: the Pro upgrade for Starter learners, or extra path and credit bundles for Pro learners and during the free Pro promotion. Payment happens inside the offer, and the blocked action is repeated once Stripe confirms it. The Pro annual price is now 20% below twelve monthly payments, and the billing settings page reads every price from the catalogue.
