The admin console's sidebar now lists Platform activity, Observability and Programs. Platform activity's Overview tab opens with a Learner accounts section (weekly and monthly active users, learning signals, registered learners, the headline tiles, the trend chart, learning outcomes and the learning journey), followed by the existing panels under All visitors. A new Retention tab shows learner signup cohorts beside the visitor retention table. One date picker, defaulting to 30 days, drives the whole page. The Catalogue and Capabilities pages and the separate learner Overview, Learning and Retention pages are removed; old links open Platform activity.
User counts now follow one rule everywhere: deleted, pending-deletion, internal, test, admin and staff accounts are not counted, so the users total and Registered learners always agree. Every sign-in, by password, Google or email link, is now recorded, so Platform activity counts people who signed in even when they did nothing else, and it no longer counts staff, test or deleted accounts' activity.
