Admin analytics header now shares the console header stack

The admin analytics page now matches the skill graph console header pattern.

• The sidebar, first header, browser title, and admin home card use Analytics as the route label.
• The connected second header keeps the analytics tabs and date metadata without repeating the Analytics heading.
• The second header stays attached to the first header across desktop, tablet, and mobile widths.

This removes the duplicate page label and keeps the admin console navigation pattern consistent.
