The Paths page used to open on a bare "Loading your learning paths" line before the library appeared. It now opens straight into the library layout: the Active, Completed and Earned tabs with the current one underlined, placeholder cards in the main column and placeholder panels on the right, all with the same pulsing rows the rest of Upsoma uses while data is on its way. When your paths arrive they fill the placeholders in place.

Paths loads into its own layout
While your paths load, the Paths page shows its tabs and placeholder cards instead of a loading sentence, so nothing jumps when they arrive.
